Rad Care Basic and Premium Service Subscription Program Terms and Conditions

These Rad Care Basic and Premium Service Subscription Program Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“You” or “Subscriber”) and Rad Power Bikes (“Rad Power Bikes”, “us” or “we”). They apply to Your subscription to our Rad Care Basic and Premium service program (the “Service”) and are effective as of the date You subscribe. These Terms are supplemental to and expressly incorporate the terms of the Rad Power Bikes’ Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”; available at https://www.radpowerbikes.com/pages/terms-of-purchase). In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Purchase, these Terms shall govern but only with respect to the specific provision at issue. By subscribing to our Service, You agree to these Terms and Rad Power Bikes’ Terms of Purchase in their entirety. Please review them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities, including mandatory arbitration for disputes and waiver of certain claims.

1.1. Service Description: Our Rad Care Basic and Premium Service Subscription includes Basic Tune and Rad Tune packages, free accessory installation (excluding vendor specific install services such as Tannus Armour), accessory and spare part discounts, flat tire repair, and priority scheduling for service appointments. All service work and related labor costs are covered under the Rad Care Basic and Premium Service Subscription; however, the price of parts are not included in the Service and are billed separately. The availability of specific services and their frequency depend on the plan You select.

1.2. Service Area: The Service is available only within the original country of purchase, at a participating Rad Retail Service Center.

2.1. Plans: We offer subscription plans with different levels of service. The Rad Care Basic Plan is priced at $199 USD for one year. The Rad Care Premium Plan is priced at $299 USD for one year and $499 USD for two years. All prices are subject to change. Full plan details, including benefit features, are available at participating Retail Service Centers or by contacting our customer support team.

2.2. Billing: Subscription fees are billed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via Shopify’s payment portal or point of sale system at a Rad Retail location.

3.1. Cancellation: You may cancel Your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support or visiting a Rad Retail location.

3.2. Refunds: No refunds will be provided for partial periods or unused services.

4.1. Availability: Services are subject to availability and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or high demand.

4.2. Exclusions: Certain services, such as parts replacement or specialized repairs, may not be included in Your subscription plan. These will be billed separately.

5.1. Bike Condition: Services are performed to Your bike in its “as-is” condition, and You are responsible for ensuring that Your bike is in a condition suitable for the Service. We may refuse service if the bike is deemed unsafe or excessively damaged.

5.2. Access: You must bring Your bike to a Rad Retail Service Center. Please inquire with the specific Retail Service Center about potential no-show fees for missed service appointments or untimely pick-up after Services are complete.

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE TERMS OF PURCHASE AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE TERMS OF REGISTRY AS IT EXPRESSLY STATES THAT RAD POWER BIKES’ LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE LOSS OR INJURY.

IN ADDITION, THE TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REGISTRY REQUIRES THAT YOU MAINTAIN YOUR OWN INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOU AND OTHERS FROM ANY LOSSES EXCEEDING THIS LIMIT. YOU WILL ENSURE THAT ANY INSURANCE POLICIES YOU CARRY SHALL CONTAIN A PROVISION OR ENDORSEMENT WAIVING ANY AND ALL SUBROGATION RIGHTS AGAINST RAD POWER BIKES. YOU SHALL LOOK SOLELY TO THE PROCEEDS OF SUCH INSURANCE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM ABOVE THE LIMITS OF RAD POWER BIKES’ LIABILITY.

These Terms govern Your subscription to our Service. Other services provided by Rad Power Bikes are subject to additional terms and conditions, including:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or through email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
